Sarah (Baker?) Nason (c. 1615 – bef. 1694)

First wife of Richard Nason (d. 1696).

Stackpole, in Old Kittery, speculates that Sarah was the daughter of John Baker of Dover, NH, but his logic is quite thin.

The entry for John Baker in the GDMNH doesn’t make any mention of her being a possible child. Further to that, there is a fairly involved section of a John Baker entry on wikitree discussing just how many John Bakers there were in New England at the time, where they lived, and when. Suffice to say, it’s complicated.

Since Richard’s 1694 will names Abigail as his wife, Sarah must have died prior to that date.
